These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the pressure washing services provided by Near Me Blast Wash ("the Company") and the relationship between the Company and the client ("the Customer"). Using our pressure washing services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Service Agreement
2.1 Service Description: The Company provides pressure washing services for residential homes and commercial properties, including but not limited to house washing, roof cleaning, surface cleaning, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning.
2.2 Scope of Work: The specific details of the services, including the areas to be cleaned, equipment to be used, and any additional services requested, will be agreed upon in writing or discussed with the Customer before the commencement of work.

Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing: The pricing for the services will be communicated to the Customer before the commencement of work. Estimates and prices vary based on the property's size and kind, the job's complexity, and any additional services requested.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the services rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Company accepts cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods. Invoices will be provided upon request.
3.3 Late Payment: In the event of late or non-payment, the Company reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at a rate determined by applicable laws or regulations.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Customer Cancellations: The Customer may cancel or reschedule the services by providing at least 24 hours notice before the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4.2 Company Cancellations: The Company reserves the full right to cancel, modify or reschedule the services at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, equipment failure, or other factors that may affect the safety or quality of the work. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify the Customer and arrange for an alternative appointment.

Liability and Insurance
5.1 Liability: While the Company takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all its employees & the property, the Customer acknowledges that accidents or damages may occur during the provision of the services. The Company will not be held liable for any damages to the property, including but not limited to landscaping, surfaces, or items within the property.
5.2 Insurance: The Company maintains liability insurance coverage, which protects against damages caused by the negligence of its employees. The Customer is encouraged to review their insurance coverage to ensure adequate protection.

Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Access and Preparation: The Customer is responsible for providing the Company with access to the property and ensuring that the areas to be cleaned are clear of any obstacles or valuable items. The Company will not be held responsible for any damages to items left in the work area.
6.2 Disclosure: The Customer must disclose any known hazards, conditions, or special requirements that may affect the provision of the services or pose risks to the Company's employees.

Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content associated with the Company's services and website, are owned by the Company. The Customer agrees not to use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property from Near Me Blast Wash without the Company's prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Orange County. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject and exercised to the exclusive jurisdiction in Orange County.

Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any potential changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website or other communication channels. The client is fully responsible for regularly reviewing and monitoring the Terms and Conditions.
